Apparel Manufacturing
Pre-Production Testing:
To ensure the high-quality products your clothing brand needs, DZX performs pre-production testing. All fabrics are washed to test for color fastness, shrinkage, pattern, and more. If there are problems, they will be caught before bulk production begins.
Bulk Production:
Once DZX receives your approval of the samples, it’s time to begin the production of your new clothing line in bulk! DZX will also need your purchase order, down payment, and artwork to begin bulk production. Then, in only 4 to 8 weeks, your new clothing line will be ready!
Pre-Production
To minimise shrinkage problems, the fabrics are sent for a pre-shrunk wash. Any changes to the details like fitting, print colours, size, position will be finalised in a pre-production sample before bulk production starts.
Bulk Production
After confirmation and receiving of the final approved samples, purchase order, artwork and the down-payment, the lead times for manufacturing apparel will generally take from 4-8 weeks.

DZX Packaging:
A final quality control inspection is performed by Bryden’s team before the new garments are released to packaging. This allows DZX to find and fix any problems with your new clothing line quality before packaging and shipment.
