01 Shipping

Every order is made to order. We package your order with great care before shipping your items. Since each piece is custom made, please expect your piece to ship within 4-8 weeks from order confirmation.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/message with your tracking number.

We only offer one airfreight option.

 

We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, TNT to ship your orders by air freight.

Design-Your-Own (DYO)
Orders

We offer different airfreight options to suit your budget or requirement.

 

We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, TNT to ship your orders by air freight.

For orders above 500kg/1500 pieces, we also offer sea freight options to certain countries.

Do note that delivery time varies by delivery methods & location and ocean freight takes longer than air freight for delivery.

03 Custom Taxes

Please note that there may be import tax charged by certain countries customs office. BRYDEN is not responsible for any orders that are lost or delayed in customs and we are not able to refund such orders.

In this case, we advise you to contact the shipping company to resolve any custom clearance issues.

Order may be delayed due to missing information, poor images quality or peak holiday seasons. In this cases, we will contact you via email to resolve any outstanding issues as quickly as possible.

04 Insurance

Shipments are not insured by default. For instances where shipment are missing or are stuck in your destination country customs, Bryden is not liable for any losses after the goods have been handed over to the shipper.

We advise you to contact the shipping company to resolve any lost or damaged shipment issues.

05 Returns and Refunds Policy

At Bryden, we are confident of our quality and take it very seriously. If you find issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days upon receiving your items.

Should there be any concerns about the quality of the product, please email us with your order # and high-quality photos of the issues.

As everything is a custom order, we DO NOT offer cash refunds unfortunately and can only offer to issue a gift card to cover the full cost of your order.
